UK SHIPPING

Orders placed before 3pm Tuesday to Saturday will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 3pm Tuesday to Saturday will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed Sunday & Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday (bank holidays the next working day).

Shipping to the UK mainland is FREE ON ORDERS OVER £500. * Excludes Air Rifles*.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO ANY CHANNEL ISLAND.

Airgun Shipping

Section 1 FAC air rifles and non licence air rifles are sent via Parcelforce AM Secure delivery service where possible or via Parcelforce 24/48 where the secure service is not available due to location. These items can not be sent direct to the purchaser as they can only be shipped to another Registered Firearms Dealer. Please note there may be a couple of days shipping delay on gun purchases as we have to validate RFD's via the relevant authorities prior to dispatch.

Please Note: we only ship guns to UK mainland RFD's. Any order placed outside the mainland will be cancelled. 

Once you have purchased a section 1 FAC air rifle or a non licence air rifle from us we will contact you to arrange which RFD you would like it shipped to. Please note the RFD may charge you a fee for the paperwork transfer. 

 

Purchase In Store

• If you would like to purchase a non licence air rifle you will need to show ID to prove you are 18 years old or older and this much have proof off address. We will keep a copy of name and address for all new air rifle purchases.
• If you would like to purchase a section 1 (FAC) air rifle you will need a valid licence with a slot available for this calibre and firearm.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We currently do not offer any postal service for international orders. Any international order placed will be cancelled.

RETURNS POLICY

If you do decide you no longer want your item you have 14 days from receiving the good/s to notify us and return the item.

Contact us at info@absoluteairguns.co.uk or call us to discuss a return.

Please ensure the item is unused and in the original unopened packaging for resale.

Any item that has been used will not be accepted for a refund unless the item is faulty or a error caused by Absolute Airguns.

Any returned item will be payable by you the buyer (please ensure you send it via a safe and tracked method as we can not be held responsible for any lost returned items. The item/s should be packaged to a satisfactory standard in a safe and relevant manner. If the item is faulty then stress not we will arrange collection at no cost to you.

Before returning any faulty item please email us so that we can ensure its returned in the best possible way. Some items over 30 days since purchase will need to be sent direct to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

Once your return item is received and inspected and we are satisfied that everything is in order we will inform you and process your refund. Please note you will only be refunded the cost of the item/s. No postage cost is refunded unless the item/s are faulty.

PRICE MATCH

Absolute Airguns will endeavour to price match with other UK competitors on all products listed on this website.  Customers must call, email or visit us to arrange a price match.

1. We'll match against other major UK retailers current UK store or website price, excluding offer-code discounts or sale items.
2. The competitor's item must be brand new, identical to ours, and offered on the same terms.
3. Absolute Airguns and the competitor must have stock ready for delivery.
4. Absolute Airguns must be able to verify the competitor’s price and stock position.
5. Absolute Airguns will do its best to match the price of an item but cannot guarantee this service. No delivery charges or other services matched.
6. Cannot be used with any other offer.
7. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with price match offer.
8. Offer excludes discontinued and clearance lines.

Absolute Airguns reserve the right not to price match and to withdraw this offer at any time.

CANCELLATION

If you do decide you no longer want something that is yet to be dispatched then please let us know ASAP so that we can cancel the order and refund you the full cost.

LOST ITEMS WHILST IN TRANSIT

If for any reason your item/s are lost whilst in transit to you then we will refund you the full cost. The refund will be processed once the courier has confirmed.
