1. Legal Compliance

By purchasing from Absolute Airguns, you confirm that you are legally entitled to do so under UK law.

• All airgun and firearm sales are subject to current UK legislation.
• You must meet the legal age requirements to purchase any restricted item.
• Valid photographic ID may be required.
• We reserve the right to refuse any sale where legal compliance cannot be verified.

2. Air Rifle & Firearm Sales

Sub-12 ft-lb Air Rifles

• Air rifles must be collected in person from our premises, or transferred to another Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD) for collection.
• Air rifles cannot be delivered directly to a residential address.

FAC Air Rifles & Firearms

• All FAC items require a valid, in-date Firearm Certificate.
• The certificate must be presented before transfer.
• Details will be entered onto your certificate at point of collection or transfer.

3. Orders, Deposits & Special Orders

Deposits

• Deposits are non-refundable on special orders, custom builds, or items ordered specifically for a customer.
• Deposits secure the item and confirm intent to purchase.

Special Orders

• Special order items are not returnable unless faulty.
• Lead times are estimates and may vary due to supplier or import delays.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or transfer.
• Any payment processing or administrative costs may be deducted from refunds where applicable.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP.
• VAT is included where applicable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Collection & Transfers

• Items must be collected within 28 days of notification unless agreed otherwise.
• Storage charges may apply after this period.
• Items left uncollected for extended periods may be treated as abandoned.

RFD Transfers

• Transfer and handling fees may apply.
• Customers are responsible for confirming acceptance with the receiving dealer before dispatch.

6. Returns & Faults

New Products

• Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• Faults should be reported promptly.

Used / Pre-Owned / Consignment Items

• Used items are sold as seen unless otherwise stated.
• Where a warranty is offered, its duration and scope will be stated at point of sale.

Non-Returnable Items (unless faulty)

• Special order items
• Custom or modified products
• Airguns once transferred/collected and used, except where faulty

7. Warranty

General Warranty

• Manufacturer warranties apply where provided.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect ammunition, lack of maintenance, unauthorised modification, or normal wear.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Daystate & BRK Lifetime Mechanical Warranty

All new Daystate and BRK (Brocock) air rifles purchased from Absolute Airguns are supplied with a lifetime mechanical warranty for the original purchaser.

This warranty applies only to rifles supplied by Absolute Airguns and is not transferable.

What is covered

The lifetime warranty covers mechanical components, including internal seals and O-rings, when the rifle has been used under normal sporting conditions and maintained correctly.

What is not covered

• Electronic components
• Circuit boards
• Displays or control systems
• Wiring or sensors
• Batteries
• Cosmetic wear
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, corrosion, contamination, incorrect air supply, or unauthorised modification or tuning

Servicing requirement

• To remain eligible for lifetime warranty cover, the rifle must be serviced at least once every 3 years, or sooner if required due to heavy use.
• Servicing must be carried out by Absolute Airguns, or the original manufacturer (Daystate or BRK/Brocock).
• Servicing carried out by third parties, including other dealers or unauthorised service providers, may invalidate the lifetime warranty.
• Failure to meet the servicing requirement may result in warranty claims being refused.

Warranty claims

• Proof of purchase from Absolute Airguns is required.
• All warranty work must be carried out or authorised by Absolute Airguns.
• Absolute Airguns reserves the right to inspect the rifle before approving warranty work.
• Repairs or replacement of defective mechanical components will be at our discretion.
• Claims may be refused where the warranty terms have not been met.

8. Servicing, Repairs & Custom Work

• All work must be authorised by the customer.
• Estimates may change if additional faults are discovered.
• Full payment is required before collection or return.

Storage / Uncollected Items

• Items left uncollected for more than 60 days may incur storage fees.
• Items left for extended periods may be treated as abandoned and may be disposed of or sold to recover costs where legally permitted.

9. Consignment Sales

• Commission rates are agreed before sale.
• Payment to the seller is made after the item is sold and the buyer’s transaction is complete.
• Unsold items must be collected within the agreed period or storage fees may apply.

10. Discount Schemes

All discounts are discretionary and subject to verification.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
• Discounts do not apply to sale, clearance, consignment, special orders, or heavily discounted items.

Military Discount

• Available to serving UK Armed Forces personnel and UK veterans.
• Valid ID is required (e.g. MOD90, HM Armed Forces Veteran Card, or other official service documentation).
• The discount is manually applied after verification.
• There is no public discount code.
• Available in-store and via phone or email orders.

Absolute Airguns reserves the right to verify eligibility, refuse or withdraw the discount, and amend or end the offer at any time.

Benchrest GB Member Discount

• A valid Benchrest GB membership card is required.
• Membership details must match the name on the payment method and valid photo ID.
• Discount offers up to 15% off eligible items.
• Exclusions apply: sale items, clearance products, consignment items, special orders, and heavily discounted products.
• This discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, loyalty rewards, or other discount schemes.

Absolute Airguns reserves the right to verify membership and refuse or withdraw the discount at any time.

11. General Website Terms

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice.
• We are not liable for inaccuracies or typographical errors.
• You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful purpose.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods or services supplied.

Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
