Can I send my air rifle to you for service? +
Yes. Customers from across mainland England, Scotland and Wales can contact Absolute Airguns before arranging air rifle servicing, repair or tuning.
Please do not send any rifle without contacting us first.
Where are you based? +
Absolute Airguns is based in Warrington. We are well placed for customers in the North West, North of England, Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Lancashire.
Do you cover the whole UK mainland? +
We support customers across mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Many customers travel to us directly or arrange service work from across the UK mainland.
Do I need to book before visiting? +
Yes. Please contact us before visiting, posting or dropping off any rifle. We will confirm the correct service option, expected work and next steps before the rifle is accepted.
Which air rifles do you service? +
We service a wide range of PCP air rifles across supported brands and models. Contact us with the make, model, calibre and issue so we can confirm whether we can help.
Do you service electronic PCP air rifles? +
Yes. We work on suitable electronic PCP air rifles as well as mechanical PCP rifles. Available work depends on the brand, model, condition and parts availability.
Do you offer tuning as well as servicing? +
Yes. Suitable PCP air rifles can be checked, serviced and set up for consistent performance. Available tuning work depends on the rifle model, condition and customer requirements.
What information should I provide before booking? +
Please provide the rifle brand, model, calibre, current issue, any previous work carried out and what you want done. This helps us confirm the correct service route before booking.
Can you repair leaks, power issues or consistency problems? +
Yes. We can inspect suitable PCP air rifles for leaks, power issues, poor consistency and general performance problems. The required work depends on the fault and the condition of the rifle.
